Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, spotless and beautifully designed rooms, convenient location near SAKURANOMIYA station and direct train to KIX airport, highly recommended.

This hotel's location is far from the hustleand bustle of the city, but only a short walk from the local train station. It is situated near a beautiful park by the river, which is perfect for a stroll. the rooms are small but nice, and they have a good bathroom. the breakfast was okay, but the staff were very attentive and polite. the sitting area in the lobby was cozy.
The hotel could improve their air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was only a few minutes away from the train station, which made our travel around the city easy. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel, which showed that they took pride in their facilities.
The room's bathtub was a bit disappointing, as it was smaller than what we expected, and we would have preferred a bigger one. it was a bit confusing to find the hotel at first, so it would have been helpful if we were given clear directions beforehand.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff was professional and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was allowed an early check-in and even an upgrade. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the nearby park and JR Sakuranomiya station, making transportation accessible. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western options.

The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, with fresh towels and toiletries every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered free massage chairs and washing machines. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The hotel was also located near a train station, making it easy to get around.
The location was a bit far from the city center, but there were convenience stores nearby. while the hotel accepted card payments, there seemed to be some issues with the system connecting to foreign banks, so it was easier to pay in cash.
